Hot Triggers is a paintball field and airsoft shop at Prikibos Adventure Park, Aruba. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect when you use our booking request page and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you send a booking request, we ask for:
- Your game: what you're planning (group, kids birthday, glow night, company or bachelor party), how many players, when you want to play, day or night, and which field.
- How to reach you: your first name and your WhatsApp number, plus anything you add in the note.
- Your language choice (English or Papiamento), so we reply in it.
We also record, automatically, which ad brought you here — if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, the link carries campaign tags (utm_source, fbclid and similar). They tell us which ads work; they don't identify you personally.
We don't ask for payment details, ID numbers or anything sensitive.
Why
To send you a price and available times, and to hold your booking. That's it. No newsletters, no selling or sharing your details.
Where it goes
- WhatsApp. On the last step your request is written out and you send it to our business WhatsApp. From then on, the conversation is on WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.
- Our booking log. A copy of the request is stored by OZI Agency, the marketing agency that runs our ads, so we can see which ads bring bookings and so no request gets lost. ⚠
Only Hot Triggers and the OZI Agency team working on our bookings can see it.
Ads and the Meta Pixel
Our booking page may use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook / Instagram). It tells Meta that the page was viewed and that a request was completed, so we can measure our ads and show them to people like you. Meta may combine this with your Meta account activity under Meta's own privacy policy; you can limit it in your Facebook or Instagram Ad preferences. We never send your name, number or request to Meta — only the event.
On your device
Your browser remembers your language choice and, for the current visit, the ad tags from the link and the request you wrote, so the WhatsApp step can show it. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookies as described above. Nothing else.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for 12 months ⚠ and then deleted.
Your rights
WhatsApp us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you'd rather not be contacted, say so and we'll stop.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we update this page and the date at the top.
